ClassIn, Zoom, and Tencent Meeting. Schedule and book in YunJiaoWu, then configure class entry for the platform you use.
Are scheduling and booking the same?
Both live in academics, for different flows: scheduling leans to staff-built timetables and group classes; booking leans to students reserving open slots. Conflicts surface during either step.
Which edition fits language training, foreign teachers, or international schools?
Start with the matching edition page, then configure by class type and delivery. This product page covers shared capabilities; edition pages cover scenario differences.
Can we try first, and where is pricing?
Yes—register for a trial. See the pricing page for plans, or ask an advisor for a quote by campus size and modules.
Which use cases fit YunJiaoWu?
Three use cases: online ESL 1:1 / small group / live; language training & study-abroad scheduling, placement, and trial enrollment; international schools / high schools with course selection, scheduling, and GPA-related ops. Orgs that need multi-timezone, bilingual, and FX-related flows can start with a trial.
Are international payments ready out of the box?
The product supports configurable international payments. Channels, fees, and rollout are confirmed with sales—this page does not make a blanket promise.
Which classroom platforms can you connect?
ClassIn, Zoom, and Tencent Meeting, so scheduling/booking and class entry stay in one ops flow.
Multi-campus or private deployment?
Multi-campus and permissions are supported. Private deployment is evaluated per project—please contact us or request a trial.
Day-to-day operations
Bulk room changes, course-package entry, receipts, and mid-term enrollment.
How do I move a whole class’s sessions to another room?
Use Scheduling → Bulk actions → Bulk edit rooms, then multi-select sessions. Do not only change the default room on the class profile.
Where is course-package management?
It moved from Finance into Sales (near the store modules). Look under Sales permissions and the user guide.
Can we auto-issue monthly receipts/invoices and email parents?
Paid editions already support order-based receipts (package purchases, arrears nudges). You can preview, email, and check payment/mail status; templates are editable. Calendar-month auto-billing for all active students, or auto-debit, is a separate rule set—not the same as order receipts.
Can mid-term joiners auto-select remaining sessions?
Depends on edition/custom work. Some sites need an upgrade. Confirm against that school’s current build before go-live.
How do subjects relate to courses? Must we pick a subject to schedule?
Subjects group courses; teachers bind to courses when you schedule, so a subject tree is required. If you have few categories, create one top-level subject and put all courses under it.
Scheduling & booking (advanced)
Draft publish, rule-based scheduling, homeroom vs electives, holidays, swaps.
What is draft scheduling? Who sees the timetable before publish?
You can generate a draft timetable for academic staff only. After publish, teachers, students, or parents see it. Unpublished sessions stay hidden.
Can we generate timetables from rules? Is that “smart scheduling”?
Yes—you can set teacher, course, slots, weekdays, and date range, then generate. Holidays can be skipped; conflicts are flagged before publish. Heavier “optimal solver” needs are scoped per school.
How do homeroom classes and electives/walking classes work together?
Homeroom groups students; teaching adds a whole class or mixed groups onto a course. Electives use course enrollment. A student can hold both homeroom courses and 1:1/electives under each course.
How do public holidays skip scheduling and booking?
Maintain a holiday calendar. Scheduling and booking can skip holidays and roll forward; exceptions are configurable. Depth depends on edition and setup.
Where do we swap or substitute classes? Can teachers request in the mini program?
Standard flow is academic staff editing sessions on the PC admin. Teacher self-service swap/cover requests are usually custom. Without that, keep using the admin console.
Must we predefine fixed time slots before scheduling?
Classic setups use preset slots. Some builds let you pick start/end on the clock and auto-create slots—useful for negotiated lengths. Confirm your edition.
Do cancel-booking or delete-session actions notify teachers and students?
Configurable. Domestic sites often use WeChat mini-program notices; overseas can use H5 + email. Reminders, cancellations, and changes follow school rules.
Can one teacher’s bookable hours be copied to others in bulk?
Yes—use a teacher’s availability/rest pattern as a template, apply in bulk, then tweak. Month-to-month weekly templates vary by edition and can be scoped as an enhancement.
Online foreign teachers
Cross-time-zone foreign-teacher classes, entry platforms, and overseas learners.
ClassIn, Zoom, and Tencent Meeting, linked with scheduling and hour deduction. The depth of integration (automatic classroom creation or links in the timetable) depends on class volume and platform version.
Is the Tencent Meeting Education API required?
Not necessarily. The Education API monthly quota is tight; most institutions start with the free version and links in the timetable, then evaluate the Education version when automation needs grow.
How do overseas students enroll and view timetables?
Bilingual enrollment and notifications are supported, and timetables can be displayed by international time zone on PC and H5. International payments are configurable; after payment, the order and hours are written back and the class opens.
Can 1-on-1, small classes, and live classes share one system?
Yes. Courses, class types, and hours are maintained once; 1-on-1, small classes, live classes, fixed terms, and phased courses share the same rules.
If a student cancels or is marked leave, how are credits deducted?
Staff can cancel a session with partial/full/no deduction and a note. Student self-cancel—if enabled—uses advance-notice rules. Frequency caps per subject are configured or customized.
Mini Program & Overseas H5
Mobile discovery, scheduling & booking, homework, and embedding in your official account or mini-program.
Day-to-day schedules, scheduling & booking, and homework are mostly done in the WeChat mini-program—no extra app required.
How do scheduling and booking relate?
Scheduling covers fixed timetables; booking covers learner-picked slots. Both can be viewed and followed in the mini-program.
Which class platforms can we connect?
After scheduling, connect ClassIn, Zoom, Tencent Meeting, and more.
Can overseas teachers or branches use it?
Yes—campuses at home and abroad share the mobile entry. Exact rollout scope is confirmed per project.
Must it be a standalone YunJiaoWu mini-program?
It can also embed in your school’s official account or mini-program, configured with sales and project needs.
What can parents usually do in the mini program?
Typical: view each child’s timetable and attendance, book/cancel within rules, get class and roll-call notices, see some homework or comments. Multi-child switching is supported. Menus follow what the school enables.
What can teachers do in the mini program or H5?
Typical: personal timetable, roll-call, upload materials/homework, review submissions. Overseas teams without WeChat can use H5, alongside scheduling/booking and ClassIn / Zoom / Tencent Meeting.
Live-class integration
ClassIn / Zoom / Tencent Meeting and other class platforms.
After ClassIn is connected, do we still schedule or book daily in ClassIn admin?
Accounts, purchases, scheduling and booking, entry, attendance, materials, homework, and replays stay in YunJiaoWu with sync; teachers and students just log into ClassIn to teach and learn.
Some campuses schedule; others let students book—can both connect?
Yes. Scheduling covers fixed timetables; booking lets learners pick open slots. Both lesson types can carry join entry and sync to ClassIn or meeting platforms.
Which class platforms can we connect?
ClassIn, Zoom, Tencent Meeting, Teams, and VooV. ClassIn can sync admin actions; the others usually hang meeting links on the timetable.
What if teachers and students already exist in ClassIn?
New accounts created in YunJiaoWu sync to ClassIn; existing ones can bind automatically or be linked manually.
Do we need Tencent Meeting education APIs?
Not always. Hang a meeting link on the timetable (including free plans) to join by lesson; use more automated creation when volume grows.
Does this help international schools?
Yes when an international track needs online classes with meeting or ClassIn entry; for course selection and GPA, see the international-school edition.
After Tencent Meeting integration, can attendance auto-fill?
When join/leave logs are available, YunJiaoWu can map on-time/late/early-leave and cut manual roll-call. Lesson deduction still follows scheduling rules. Fields and Meeting edition are confirmed in delivery.
Can some classes use ClassIn and others Tencent Meeting or Zoom?
Yes—configure join method per session/class. Deeper sync is common with ClassIn; Meeting/Zoom often attach join links. Keep scheduling/booking and deduction in YunJiaoWu while join links differ by platform.
Yes. Implementation can add a top-level grades entry or summary list filterable by student, course, and assessment. Exact menu depth is per school.
Can attendance feed grades or GPA automatically?
Gradebooks support custom columns; linking attendance into a scored column is often custom. Session roll-call and lesson deduction are standard; auto GPA coupling needs scoping.
Is there a GPA report? Do blank scores count as zero?
International-school builds can issue GPA/academic reports, often styled to school samples. Blank scores should not count as 0—only explicit 0s do. Follow the school’s configured report logic.
How are teacher scoring tasks managed? Who locks grade entry?
You can track which assessments are due per class (where enabled). Locking entry is usually a manual academic/IT action—not an automatic term-end lock by default.
How do we create homework, quizzes, midterms, and finals in the gradebook?
Teachers add assessment columns, enter scores, and may upload files. Student online submit/quiz is often custom; default is teacher entry plus attachments.
How do Pass/Fail or non-graded courses affect GPA?
Course types can hide non-assessed classes from reports, or show Pass/Fail without numeric GPA impact. Details follow international-school configuration.
Materials & resources
Course files, resource libraries, and lesson binding.
Maintain files under each course; optionally add a hub listing courses and their materials. This supports prep and session links—it does not replace classroom file policy on the live platform.
Can scheduling auto-bind ClassIn lesson materials?
Ordered lesson-to-folder binding with auto attach/shift is an enhancement, often custom. Core ClassIn / Zoom / Tencent Meeting scheduling and join links are covered under live integrations.
Enrollment & placement
Grade promotion, wait-to-place pools, and notice visibility.
Term/year promotion moves active enrollments to the next grade. Fields and bulk rules are configured per school—dry-run before term start.
What is the post-sale “awaiting placement” pool?
Sold seats can wait in a pool until academics place students into classes by level or homeroom—bridging sales and the timetable. Availability depends on edition/project.
If we don’t publish a grades or holiday notice, can parents still see it?
School notices (midterm grades, GPA, holidays) usually appear on parent/student mobile only after publish. Channels may be mini program or H5 per school.
Overseas payments
Cross-border fees, open-after-pay, and domestic collection scope.
No. International time zones align clocks; multilingual helps people read teaching and academic-affairs UI and collaboration. They often appear together in foreign-teacher / cross-border work, but they are separate capabilities. See the Multilingual capability page.
How is multilingual different from international time zones?
Time zones align clocks (local-time timetables, cross-zone scheduling and booking, conflict checks). Multilingual helps people read teaching and academic-affairs UI and workflows. They often appear together in foreign-teacher / cross-border work, but they are separate capabilities. See the International Time Zones page.
Is every string on the site bilingual?
This page focuses on teaching management, academic-affairs UI, and day-to-day collaboration workflows. Exact language coverage and rollout scope can be assessed during implementation based on your teachers and teams.
Is this only for foreign-teacher schools?
Foreign-teacher work is the most typical case; language-training / study-abroad programs and international-school teams with cross-language staff also fit. Purely local, single-language teams can use the product normally without a complex language setup.
Does this replace class-platform integration?
No. Entering ClassIn, Zoom, or Tencent Meeting after scheduling and booking is covered on the integration page. This page keeps teaching and academic-affairs UI collaboration readable.
Tailored forms
Configure forms and flows per school on the standard product.
Is tailored setup from-scratch custom development?
No. This page is about configuring forms, fields, and common workflows on standard academic software. If a need goes beyond what can be configured, business assessment decides whether to extend. The product menu “Customized Requirements” is a contact entry—different from this capability page.
Can two schools really be set up differently?
Yes—form details and required items can follow each management team. Depth and implementation effort are confirmed in project assessment.
Will we still get lots of unused features?
The goal is everyday fit with less idle clutter. Which modules, fields, and workflows to open is assessed against how you actually manage—not everything turned on by default.
Does this conflict with scheduling, booking, or class integration?
No. Tailored setup improves form and workflow fit; scheduling and booking, plus ClassIn / Zoom / Tencent Meeting entry, still follow their capability and edition pages.
School–family updates
Notify parents after attendance via messaging channels.
This page describes attendance connected to SleekFlow for WhatsApp templates. If you use another messaging stack, contact us about a separate integration path.
How do contacts match?
Auto-match by phone or email; bind manually when there is no match so messages do not go to the wrong person.
Can both check-in and check-out send messages?
Yes. Both can trigger notifies; template copy and timing are agreed per school during implementation.
Are there published customer cases?
Apply for a trial and run your real attendance and contact data through the path.
AI enrollment
Inbound inquiries become CRM opportunities and assigned advisors.
Will this overwrite opportunities already in follow-up?
The goal is to create and assign opportunities for new inbound inquiries. How to dedupe or merge with in-progress opportunities is agreed against your CRM rules during implementation.
Can assignment rules be customized?
Yes, per school. Round-robin, named advisors, and similar policies are confirmed during integration; this page does not expand unagreed detail.
Is SleekFlow the only supported inbound channel?
This page describes the SleekFlow path. Other inquiry sources that need auto-created opportunities can be evaluated with us.
Are there public case metrics?
Apply for an integration trial and validate with real inbound samples against how you enroll today.
Extended scenarios
After-school care, vocational outsourcing, duty/research, testing & application files.
Does it fit kindergarten extended care with parent booking?
Yes via scheduling/booking, teacher roll-call, and parent mini-program timetables/notices. Naming, duty display, and sign-in sheets are often tuned per campus—trial the standard flow first.
Can vocational outsourcing, duty rosters, or research programs use YunJiaoWu?
Core academic ops (schedule/book, profiles, attendance/deduction) reuse well. Outsourcing settlement, fixed duty sheets, or full research workflows are specialty modules scoped per project—not default edition packs.
Are vocabulary tests or university-application dossiers separate?
The academic spine is purchase, schedule/book, live class join, grades and attendance. Standalone testing banks or application dossiers (transcript OCR, IELTS rules, progress) are specialty/custom systems that may link accounts—not stock academic menus.
