How student dossiers roll up

Online student profiles: name, gender, contacts, parent info, prior schools, and more
Transcripts can be uploaded as images or PDFs into the dossier
Photos and day-to-day materials can be archived (e.g. notices, activity files)

How attendance and comments enter the dossier

Teachers can take roll or students can check in; attendance rolls into the dossier
Teachers can leave lesson comments in the console or mini program; comments roll into the dossier

How progress reports are produced

Reports follow the school’s progress template: subjects, activities, attendance and growth areas
New progress-report records can be added for each cycle

How grades, terms and time slots work

Grades are admin-managed and can auto-promote on a set date
Term management links to small classes and timetable queries
Time slots support two decimal places for off-hour scheduling and booking
